Referral Portal is developed for medical personnel. It is aiming to streamline referral submission and tracking.
Only medical personnel is supposed to register at this web site. Each new registration will go through approval process and only approved registrations will be accepted.
If you are a patient and looking for a status update on your order, please, contact your care provider.

Yes, this site is free to use.
Referral Portal is FREE to use for any registered user.
Can a referral be electronically signed?
Yes, this site uses DocuSign to allow Referral Portal users encouraged to electronically sign referrals.
Referral Portal is uses HIPAA certified electornic signature services provided by DocuSign. The process is very streight forward and consists of only 3 guided steps. Please, read details about eSign process we developed for your convenience.
Can I ask referral specific question?
Yes, you can certainly ask all sorts of questions.
There are several ways to communicate with Referral Portal staff:
- You can always use Contact Us form to submit your question or suggestion.
- You can use Secure Messages available for you in the "My Profile / Secure Messages" menu.
- You can ask referral specific questions if the referral is already submitted. For already submitted referrals an additional section "Secure Messages" will appear in the referral details page. Please, use it to submit any question you may have about specific referral.
